Tracy Primeau believes leadership must be rooted in values. With more than 30 years in the nuclear industry, she blends technical expertise with a commitment to equity, diversity, inclusion, and Indigenous knowledge to help organizations grow stronger and more resilient.
Tracy began her career in 1990 at Ontario Power Generation’s Pickering station and later moved to Bruce Power, where she became the first woman at Bruce A to hold a CNSC licence and the only female Shift Manager to rise from the shop floor. These achievements reflect not only her skill, but also her perseverance in breaking barriers and leading in high-stakes environments.
Beyond operations, Tracy has been a mentor, communicator, and community builder. She has served on the WiN Canada Board, spoken at conferences and professional events, and worked with Indigenous communities on outreach and education. A proud member of the Nipissing First Nation, she was a founding member of the Ontario Hydro Native Circle and the first Chair of the Bruce Power Native Circle.
Today, as a member of Ontario Power Generation’s Board of Directors and through Agile Bear, Tracy continues to share her experience. Guided by the Seven Grandfather Teachings, she helps organizations embrace inclusive leadership, strengthen culture, and prepare the next generation to lead.
Agile Bear was founded by Tracy Primeau as both a reflection of her journey and a commitment to the generations that follow. The two bears in the logo represent Tracy’s sons, who inspire her belief that the choices we make today must provide for the generations of tomorrow. Now that they are starting families of their own, that vision has grown even stronger: lasting impact comes only from leadership rooted in values.
Agile Bear helps organizations and industries make decisions that benefit both people and performance, weaving Indigenous knowledge and practices into strategies that prepare leaders, strengthen teams, and open doors for the next generation. With deep expertise in the nuclear sector and beyond, Agile Bear offers consulting, training, and mentorship that empowers organizations to grow with purpose — and communities to thrive with resilience.
At Agile Bear, our work is guided by the Seven Grandfather Teachings. These teachings are more than values — they are the framework that shapes how we lead, partner, and create impact with the organizations we serve.
We bring decades of industry experience to help organizations see the bigger picture, make informed decisions, and act with foresight for future generations.
Every strategy we build is grounded in care — for people, for communities, and for the generations to come. Leadership rooted in love creates environments where teams thrive.
We honour every voice at the table. By weaving Indigenous knowledge and inclusive practices into organizational culture, we strengthen trust and belonging.
Tackling climate change, embracing new opportunities, and breaking barriers requires courage. Agile Bear helps organizations take bold steps with confidence.
We believe in transparency and accountability. Clear communication and authentic partnerships are at the heart of every project we take on.
No one leads alone. We listen, learn, and collaborate — ensuring leadership is shared and communities are lifted together.
We align action with principle. At Agile Bear, truth means living our values consistently, so organizations can trust that our guidance reflects both integrity and impact.
We seek knowledge, understanding, and good judgment. By learning from experience and listening with intention, we strive to make decisions that serve both today and tomorrow
