Tracy’s leadership extends beyond her own organization. She contributes her insight and lived experience to multiple advisory and governance roles that strengthen collaboration between industry, academia, and Indigenous communities. She currently serves on boards and committees with:

Research & Publications

Tracy has contributed to research and policy that bridge gender equity, Indigenous inclusion, and energy innovation.

Her work includes:

  • A research paper for Conexus exploring pathways for women’s certification in skilled professions.
  • Collaborative projects with the Nuclear Safety and Management Training Centre (NSMTC) and the Canadian Climate Institute focused on Indigenous perspectives in climate and nuclear policy.
  • Training delivery for PSP-Canada Growth Fund on Indigenous engagement practices.
Rooted Results: Practical frameworks and policy recommendations that advance diversity, sustainability, and equitable access across Canada’s energy sector.

Training & Consulting Collaborations

Through Agile Bear and partnerships with like-minded organizations, Tracy helps others apply values-based leadership in real-world settings. She has collaborated with the Nuclear Waste Management Organization (NWMO) and the Toronto Zoo through Wild Matriarch, focusing on safety culture and inclusive leadership practices.

Tracy is an active voice for the benefits of nuclear energy and Indigenous engagement—at home and abroad. She has delivered keynote addresses and panels internationally, including multiple speaking engagements in Canada, Australia, and globally, sharing perspectives on reconciliation, sustainability, and the future of energy.
